Craig has been employed with Funeral Directors Life for over 24 years. In the early 90's, cutting- edge companies were realizing the importance of developing employees mentally and physically. Our current facility was built in 1994 and Kris Seale, our CEO, recognized the importance of investing in the wellness of his employees. The hope was that such an environment would encourage employees to improve both their mental and physical health and ultimately assist them in being more productive employees. Craig has seen the facility develop from a modest area with a couple of exercise bikes to the state-of-the art facility it is today. He enjoys encouraging his fellow employees in regular spin classes. He believes that these classes create a sense of camaraderie and also help develop long-lasting friendships making Funeral Directors Life truly a great place to work.
Vanessa is a licensed Zumba fitness instructor for the DIG Wellness Center. She took her first Zumba class at a local gym because she missed performing on stage, and she's been in love with it ever since! Vanessa teaches basic Latin-infused dance routines to anyone wanting to stay fit and have fun doing it. "It doesn't matter if you're a dancer or not," said Vanessa. "If you can move your feet and stay with the beat, Zumba can bring a whole new meaning to a great workout!"
